• Edulmer Roseni Ramirez Domingo, 25, of Schenectady, was charged March 8 in Aurelius with driving while intoxicated first offense and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content level of at least .08 of 1% first offense.
• Christopher Quaile, 42, of Locke, was charged March 10 with second-degree rape.
